Requirements

• Oversee the daily operations of the beauty parlour branch including scheduling staff management and customer service.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
  
• Train mentor and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and meet performance goals.
  
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness hygiene and organization within the parlour.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of beauty products and supplies.
  
• Handle customer inquiries complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
