Job Title: AWS ENGINEER
Location: Reston VA.
Duration: 12 Months
Visa: USC GC H1B and EAD
Contract Type: W2

Job Description:

1. Implement systems that are highly available scalable and selfhealing in AWS.
2. Deploy automate manage and maintain AWS cloudbased production system.Work closely with developers to implement continuous delivery systems and methodologies on AWS.
3. roubleshooting and isolating complex issues that are within AWS and onprem environment.
4. Fixing bugs and testing the new features in AWS cloud.
5. Migration of interfaces from onprem to AWS cloud.
6. Act as an expert technical resource for businesstobusiness file transfer platform in onprem and cloud.
7. Assure quality security and compliance requirements are met for supported platform.
8. Provide 24X7 support on rotation basis (approximately once in 3 months).
9. Analyze resolve and coordinate technical problems with various platform teams.
10. Automate security controls governance processes and compliance validation on AWS.

Must Haves:

1. AWS skill set.
2. Skills in DevOps such as Jenkins Gitlab Terraform.
3. Python Java or any other language skills.
4. Clear communication.
5. Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment.
6. Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner.
7. Must be able to create detailed documentation and artifacts.

Nice to Haves:

1. 1. Experience in HTTP SFTP Connect Direct and Sterling Secure Proxy knowledge.
2. 1. Experience in businesstobusiness data transfer platform.
3. 1. Understanding of AWS and onprem networks.
4. 1. Understanding of Agile processes.

Qualifications:

1. 1. Bachelors degree in a technical field such as computer science computer engineering or related field required.
2. 1. 57 years experience required.
3. 1. Development experience in needed language or technology (e.g. Python Java C# C HTML JSON).
4. 1. Hands on experience in designing developing and successful deployment of largescale projects from endtoend.
