Python Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Python/Db2/Sybase Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in Python development and have handson experience with database technologies such as Db2 and Sybase. Knowledge of Java is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop test and maintain Python applications to meet business requirements.

2. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and deliver highquality solutions.

3. Design implement and optimize database solutions using Db2 and Sybase.

4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and database connectivity.

5. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance development processes.

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Python development.

Proven experience with database technologies specifically Db2 and Sybase.

Knowledge of Java is a plus.

Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.

Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model with a minimum of 3 days working from the office in New York.

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Python development.

Handson experience with Db2 and/or Sybase.
