Digital Activation Channel Usage - Director

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a crossteam strategy to drive digital adoption at the point of sale for Consumer products.
• Collaborate with Marketing to devise enrollment and activation strategies for expanding our digital client base.
• Partner with contact center and retail banking teams to foster cultural change and accelerate client adoption of digital selfservice solutions.
• Collaborate with Product teams to integrate digital servicing into all aspects of their operations.
• Create and manage forecasts to predict digital activity enrollment and activation accurately.
• Liaise with Finance to ensure teams are equipped to report on and achieve strategic priorities.
• Conduct research and distill learnings to advise the leadership team and partners on strategic decisions.
• Provide decision support by organizing recommendations for approval in collaboration with leadership.

Experience and Skills:

• 5 years of experience in management consulting marketing or corporate strategy.
• Direct experience working with senior management.
• Proven track record in developing executive presentations communications and financial analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership influencing across multiple levels and functions.
• Strong work ethic attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive proactive attitude with natural curiosity and emotional intelligence.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering Finance Economics Mathematics and/or Communications preferred.
