As a fullfledged member of the customer service you will be responsible for handling the various customer inquiries as well as for the delivery of the Sportswear Tips to the customers satisfaction assisting them with their purchases and configuring their account.

Your main missions will be:

• Providing a reassuring warm and customerfriendly service for clients in Dutch;
• Manage customer queries about their orders and access to their accounts payments and stock availability;
• Seize the opportunity to shine with each interaction showing a strong interest in the customer with a natural appetite for communication by becoming aware of the services offered by our customer an expert and brand advocate
