Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Para Planner to join our team. The Para Planner will work closely with our financial advisor to deliver exceptional support services to our clients. This role involves conducting research preparing financial plans and providing administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our financial planning function.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct up and crossselling to existing clients while preparing recommendations for Financial Planners.
  

• Obtain information for lead generation campaigns and prepare quotations.
  

• Process instructions from Portfolio Manager/Advisor.
  

• Prepare compliance reports for lead transactions.
  

• Gather personal and financial data required for financial plans and update all company systems accordingly.
  

• Liaise with clients tax and accounting advisors when necessary.
  

• Discuss client objectives with Portfolio Manager/Advisor.
  

• Update CRM records before and after conducting Financial Needs Analysis.
  

• Analyse data formulate strategies and prioritise clients objectives and needs.
  

• Identify opportunities and constraints affecting clients financial strategies.
  

• Conduct financial needs analysis using the businesss FNA system and research appropriate solutions.
  

• Prepare Financial Needs Reports and compliance reports for financial planning and transactions.
  

• Develop and present financial strategies prioritise recommendations and consolidate action steps into a Financial Plan.
  

• Source quotations for productrelated recommendations and present recommendations for approval.
  

• Amend clients strategy plans if necessary after consultation.
  

Projects and Campaigns:

• Formalise Financial Plans and contribute to generating new business cases monthly.
  

• Request and summarise quotes for existing and potential clients.
  

• Assist in training and developing learner and new adviser in paraplanner skills.
  

• Provide monthly performance reports and feedback from learner advisors.
  

• Prepare reports for qualification and registrations as CFP.
