Assistant Solicitor Family Law- FULLY REMOTE

Requirements

• Conduct legal research and prepare relevant documentation for family law cases.
  
• Provide legal advice and support to clients on matters such as divorce child custody spousal support and other familyrelated issues.
  
• Draft legal documents including pleadings affidavits and settlement agreements.
  
• Represent clients in negotiations mediations and court proceedings.
  
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and changes in family law.
  
• Collaborate with senior solicitors and other legal professionals within the firm.
  
• Manage and maintain client relationships in a professional and ethical manner.
  
• Work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines and maintaining highquality work.
  

Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with a focus on family law.
  
• Previous experience in handling family law cases is essential.
  
• Strong understanding of relevant legislation and legal procedures.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
  
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
  
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and client confidentiality.
  
• PQE level is flexible but relevant family law experience is a must.
