Position Overview:
We are in search of an accomplished and dynamic Clinic Director to spearhead operations champion clinical excellence and lead our team towards delivering exceptional patient care. This role presents a unique opportunity for partnership within our esteemed organization.
Essential Job Functions:
Leadership and Management: Provide robust leadership guidance and direction to both clinical and administrative staff cultivating a positive and collaborative work environment.
Operational Oversight: Take charge of daytoday clinic operations overseeing scheduling budgeting inventory management and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Clinical Excellence: Uphold high standards of patient care by maintaining clinical excellence implementing best practices and facilitating ongoing staff training and development.
Business Development: Drive initiatives for business growth nurture relationships with referring physicians and explore innovative avenues to expand clinic services.
Patient Relations: Uphold exceptional patient relations by promptly addressing concerns ensuring patient satisfaction and upholding the clinics esteemed reputation.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.
Current state licensure and CPR certification.
Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within a rehabilitation setting.
Strong business acumen and a track record of successfully driving clinic growth.
Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask prioritize and adeptly problemsolve.
Physical Requirements:
Mobility: Ability to move freely around the clinic to assist patients and therapists.
Lifting: Capable of lifting and transporting equipment or aiding patients as required (up to 50 pounds).
Standing: Extended periods of standing and walking during therapy sessions.
Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in utilizing therapy tools and equipment.
Visual and Auditory Skills: Ability to observe patients and communicate effectively.
Flexibility: Adaptability to changing tasks and schedules in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Base Salary: USD $90000 to $110000
Fulltime position with comprehensive benefits
Relocation assistance possible for ideal candidates
