IT Business Analyst

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for improvement
• Create and maintain documentation of business processes and system requirements
• Work closely with development teams and provide support throughout the development lifecycle
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
• Perform system testing and quality assurance
• Provide training and support to endusers
• Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decisionmaking
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or related field
• Proven experience in business analysis or related role
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
• Proficiency in translating business needs into technical requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Certification in Business Analysis or related field is a plus
