• Make Calls to connect with leads in real time
• Reply to Direct Chats to connect with them in realtime
• Maintaining and following Sales processes and SOPs
• Handling inquiries through Inbound Calls & Chat.
• Build Highquality relationships with Prospects Customers and teams.
• Maintain CRM database
• Gather leads and customer information and update in CRM
• Work with team to reach goals
• Should be able to work late or come early if the work assigned is not completed
• Provide correct recommendations and information to the leads and customers
• Participation in Team building activities and HR events

Education/Experience

• Minimum High School completed
• Graduate preferred
• 1 Sales & Customer Service Experience
• Good Communication skills written and verbal. Persuasive speaking skills
• Thorough understanding of prospecting and negotiation techniques
• Selfcontrol and Selfmotivated
• Empathy Adaptability Attentiveness Patience & Ability to use Positive language
• Effective Listening & Time management skills
• Willingness to Improve & ability to admit when you don t have an answer or when you are wrong Ability to receive feedback
