Job Title: Human Resource Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to recruit onboard and manage the sales executive team for selling our annual car and bike subscription products. As a growing platform we are focused on expanding our customer base and require skilled professionals to achieve our sales targets. The role will involve identifying and targeting potential customers and therefore we are seeking individuals with strong recruitment and leadership skills.

Location: Work from home
Selection Process: Business Development Manager round
Salary Offered:INR per month
Working Days: 6 days a week with Sundays off
Shifts: 10:00 am 7:00 pm

- Proven experience in recruitment and sales management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment
