Network Admin Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Able to create download and troubleshoot basic HVAC system logic using WebCTRL and associated software
Communicates issues with Service Management on a timely basis
Working knowledge of Automated Logic hardware and WebCTRL software functions and utilities
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networks including wireless technology including layout and troubleshooting
Must be well organized with good time management and communication skills as well as the ability to work well in a team environment
Able to communicate technical information to a nontechnical audience
Experience with Microsoft software products to include: Outlook Word Excel and other Windows products when required
Possesses a general understanding of the operation and control of mechanical equipment and their control sequences
Possess computer and networking skills to properly maintain a service laptop as well as experience in the commissioning of Ethernet and ARC Net communications
Maintains the customer with innovative and superior building automation systems and provide outstanding customer service
Able to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings
