About the company:
A leading provider of seamless fiattocrypto conversion solutions dedicated to empowering businesses to embrace the potential of digital currency. Our platform serves as a B2B onramp and offramp facilitating smooth transactions between fiat and cryptocurrency.

Position Overview:
Seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with a strong interest in the cryptocurrency space and a talent for sales. As our BDR you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by effectively communicating the value proposition of our fiattocrypto conversion services to potential clients. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable articulate and creative in connecting with Founders CEOs and CXOs globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively prospect qualify and generate leads through outbound calls emails and networking efforts.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify key decisionmakers within target organizations and understand their pain points and needs.
  • Articulate the benefits of our platforms fiattocrypto conversion solutions to potential clients effectively addressing their concerns and objections.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategic outreach campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • 2 4 years of experience in sales preferably in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering results in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a keen eye for identifying sales opportunities.
  • Techsavvy with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Comfortable articulate and creative in connecting with Founders CEOs and CXOs globally.
  • Passion for cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology with a desire to stay informed about the latest developments in the industry.
