Content Moderator Finnish

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Finnishspeaking Content Moderator to join their teams in Porto.

Position: Content Moderator

Location: Porto Portugal

Remuneration: Base salary bonus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be a central point of moderation of reports related to abuse and harassment between Virtual Reality users
• Put together solutions while having the protocols procedures and instructions as a starting point
• Take an active role in providing excellent and proactive moderation skills regarding the users

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent written and verbal communication in C1 Finnish and B2English languages levels
• Ability to multitask & work under pressure
• Fastlearning resilient and emphatic person
• Able to cope with sensitive situations and content
