Distribution Transformers Business Manager

Reporting to the Manager of the Transformers activity you support the Sales Organization and customers throughout the offer process by preparing technical descriptions of the products and the applied technology determining costs with the factories and preparing final documentation.

You are the technical referent on Distribution Transformers.

Role Highlights:

• Support Sales Organization and their customers in determining the most technically and financially appropriate products solutions and services in complex offers.
• Provide technical support during technical meetings for product solution and service presentations.
• Analyse customer demand and prepare the technical/commercial offer based on the customers specification requirements while considering the requirements of the production plants and sales organization directives.
• Participate in the launch meeting organized by the project team.
• Define the cost of the proposed solution and communicate it to the salesperson concerned.
• Transmit if necessary information during risk assessment processes.
• Analyse customer needs and competitors offer using feedback and information provided by salespeople (technology monitoring and market analysis).
• Perform an analysis of proposals (lost/won) based on salesperson data identify potential causes and recommend future actions in cooperation with Sales Organization and factories to deploy sales strategies and obtain better results.
• Participate in trade fairs events etc.

Your Profile:

• M/F with Bac 2/3 training in Electrical Engineeringcompleted by Operational Marketing training you have acquired 2 to 4 years of experience in the activity of Distribution Transformers with a manufacturer or installer of electrical equipment.
• You demonstrate commercial sensitivity (calls for tender contracts commercial contracts legal aspects risk assessment) and can manage several offers in parallel.
• For this position you can highlight your autonomy and your determination and develop your sense of listening and market analysis.
• You know how to unite be proactive and focus on customer satisfaction.
• You master the computer tools.
• The English language is part of your work environment.
• You will be required to make shortterm trips to France and Europe.
