Web3 Sponsorships BD Manager

soonami is seeking a Web3 Sponsorships and BD Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing and Sales team you will play a crucial role in identifying securing and managing sponsorship opportunities and strategic partnerships to drive our companys growth and success in the Web3 space.

Tasks

• Research and identify potential sponsorship opportunities and strategic partnerships within the Web3 ecosystem including blockchain projects decentralized applications (dApps) NFT platforms crypto exchanges and other relevant entities.
• Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities for our regular soonami Venturethons our signature program aimed at fostering entrepreneurship within the Web3 community.
• Assist in organizing and executing thirdparty hackathons hosted on our software platform including identifying potential partners negotiating collaboration deals and managing relationships with event organizers and participants.
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote Venturethons and thirdparty hackathons leveraging social media email marketing and other channels to drive participation and engagement.
• Evaluate the success of sponsorship and partnership initiatives collecting feedback from sponsors partners and participants to identify areas for improvement and optimize future events and collaborations.
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and product development to align partnership strategies with company objectives and ensure the successful execution of partnership initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Web3 and the blockchain ecosystem
• Track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships and sponsorships.
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
• Existing network within the Web3 community.
• Familiarity with all comms channels used in Web3 such as telegram crypto X Discord etc
