Ideal Restaurant Manager Candidates bring:

• 3 years of prior restaurant management experience in high volume ($4M) casual or upscale/fine dining required
• Italian food wine and service experience a plus
• Exceptional people and development skills and a proven track record in attracting assessing developing coaching and managing talent
• Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to relate to Associates across all levels of the organization
• Must exhibit the highest level of professionalism in dealing with team members
