We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing and Community Manager to join our client s team. This role is integral to our brand focusing on customer service influencer marketing and field marketing. The ideal candidate will be a selfstarter with a passion for engaging with customers and influencers adept at nurturing relationships and capable of managing our brand ambassador program. This role requires excellent command of English in both written and verbal forms.

• A Self Starter
  
• Proven experience in marketing community management event management or a related field.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  
• A positive attitude and a teamoriented approach.
  
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  
• Ability to work independently and remotely with a strong sense of accountability.
  
• Education:
  
• Marketing or related.

• Excel Google Sheets (basic understanding to work)

Customer Service:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problemsolving.
  
• Manage and respond to customer queries via email social media and other communication channels.
  
• Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with the team to improve products and services.
  

Influencer Marketing:

• Identify and engage with potential influencers that align with our brand values and goals.
  
• Coordinate outreach efforts including initiating contact negotiating collaborations and sending product samples.
  
• Oversee and manage ongoing relationships with influencers tracking campaign performance and ensuring deliverables are met.
  

Field Marketing:

• Lead the recruitment training and management of brand ambassadors.
  
• Organize and oversee field marketing activities and events ensuring brand consistency and positive audience engagement.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement field marketing strategies.
  

Managing the team of ambassadors:

• Review resumes interview candidates train the candidates manage the ambassadors.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
