We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in insurance sales with at least 5 years of experience particularly in life and health insurance or property and casualty insurance. The primary responsibility of the Senior Insurance Sales Representative is to generate new business and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and offering tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
  
• Expertise in either life and health insurance or property and casualty insurance.
  
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  
• Knowledge of insurance products and regulations.
  
• Comfortable with sales techniques including prospecting and cold calling.
