Senior Procurement Officer

Strategic Sourcing: Lead the development and execution of procurement strategies aligned with business goals ensuring the timely and costeffective acquisition of goods and services.

1. Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers conduct regular performance reviews and negotiate favorable terms and agreements.
   

2. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements as well as company policies.
   

3. Cost Optimization: Identify costsaving opportunities conduct market research and implement best practices to achieve cost efficiency in procurement processes.
   

4. Risk Management: Evaluate and mitigate risks related to procurement activities including supplier performance geopolitical factors and market trends.
   

5. Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including finance operations and legal to ensure alignment of procurement activities with overall business objectives.
   

6. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies ethical standards and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
   

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management or a related field. Masters degree and relevant certifications (e.g. CSCP CPSM) are a plus.
  
• Proven experience as a Senior Procurement Officer or similar role in the telecommunications industry.
  
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  
• Indepth knowledge of procurement best practices market trends and legal regulations.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to analyze data and make datadriven decisions.
