Manager OG

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and optimize process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation
diagrams (P&IDs) for oil and gas facilities.
2. Identify opportunities for process improvement efficiency enhancement and cost
reduction.
3. Conduct simulations and modelling to optimize process parameters equipment
sizing and performance.
4. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
5. Design Sizing & evaluation of the performance and integrity of equipment such as
Vessels pumps compressors heat exchangers Distillation Columns and separators.
6. Conduct technical studies and analyses to troubleshoot process issues and propose
solutions.
7. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of process
equipment and systems.
8. Implement and maintain process safety management systems.
9. Conduct hazard and risk assessments including HAZOP (Hazard and Operability)
studies.
10. Identify and mitigate process safety risks to prevent accidents and ensure the safety
of personnel and assets.
11. Comply with environmental regulations and develop strategies for waste
management and emissions reduction.
12. Participate in project teams and provide technical expertise during the design
construction and commissioning phases.
13. Develop project specifications cost estimates and schedules for processrelated
activities.
14. Monitor project progress identify deviations and propose corrective actions.
15. Prepare technical reports engineering documents and operating procedures.
16. Maintain accurate records of process data equipment performance and
maintenance activities.

17. Provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders regarding processrelated
issues improvements and recommendations.
18. Static Vessels & Rotary equipment Process and sizing Calculations based on process
datasheets.
19. Line sizing for liquids and gases & pressure drop calculation
20. Air moisture Separator Calculations
21. Control Valves sizing and calculation
22. PSV/PRV/RD pressure setting criteria & Relief valves
