Job Description: Technical Consultant
We are looking for a highly motivated experienced Technical Consultant to deliver and execute a winning gotomarket strategy for the Aquera Identity Integration Platform as a Service. The ideal candidate brings enterprise technical experience and a background in identity management IT security and/or HR platform modernization. We are looking for someone who can analyze implement and integrate the Aquera platform to various identity systems/tools of our clientele.
The Technical Consultant will support crossfunctional teams at Aquera. They will be a selfmotivated key contributor who thrives in a highgrowth environment. This position reports to the head of customer success of Aquera and works handinhand with the sales Engineering Documentation and Quality assurance teams to drive compelling and customerfocused project closures.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical services right from start and till project closures with 100% CSAT.
- Assist all assigned clients in integration requirements and prepare design and
- document all processes as per complexity requirements.
- Assist team by preparing whitepapers conducting knowledge transfer sessions.
- Support crossfunctional teams and enhance the existing artifacts for their true
- consistency.
- Flexible to extend support during any phases of the project right from onboarding till
- project closure.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 37 years IT enterprise experience and must have Domain expertise in Identity Governance identity management IT security and/or HR platform modernization.
- Prior work experience in SaaS product companies will be valued.
- We are looking for implementation/support background candidates who have
- worked in IDM/IGA tools profiles with administrative background only should be avoided.
IGA tools experts in any of these mentioned below:
o Saviynt Cloud Access Governance and Intelligence (CAGI) o SailPoint IdentityNow SailPoint IIQ
o IBM Security Identity Governance & Intelligence (IGI)
o Oracle Identity Governance
o PingDataGovernance etc.
IDM expertise in below tools in case there is no exposure in IGA tools:
o Active Directory o Azure AD
o SailPoint IIQ
o Okta
o IBM Security Identity Manager o Oracle Identity Manager
o Auth0
o OneLogin
o Ping Identity PingOne o SecureAuth
o CA Identity Minder etc
Great to have candidates who have custom adapters/connector implementation knowledge using any IGA/IDM tools.
Should have knowledge on disconnected and direct connectors/adapters
Candidates who have used SCIM for IDM/IGA products will be added advantage.
Knowledge of Authorization protocols such as OAuth SAML
Knowledge of HCM systems such as Paylocity Ceridian day force Oracle HCM SAP
Successfactors ADP workforce now Workday will be a plus.
Should be having programming knowledge of Java JavaScript HTML Webservices JWT JSON REST.
Candidates should show a strong track record of selflearning of new technologies.
Candidate should be open to work from Bangalore Office in US hours
Ability to prioritize highimpact activities manage multiple priorities and assess viable solutions.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Poised under pressure and a sense of humor.
Bachelor s degree or demonstrated professional equivalent.
Early joiners < 30 days will be welcomed.
