Film Director

1. Script Development:

• Collaborate with writers and producers in the development and refinement of film scripts.
• Provide creative input to enhance storytelling and visual elements.

1. PreProduction Planning:

• Plan and coordinate preproduction activities including casting location scouting and set design.
• Develop production schedules and budgets in collaboration with the production team.

1. Directorial Vision:

• Define and communicate the artistic vision for the film.
• Work closely with the Director of Photography and other key crew members to achieve the desired visual style.

1. OnSet Direction:

• Direct actors and crew during filming ensuring adherence to the established creative vision.
• Make realtime creative decisions to enhance the quality of each scene.

1. PostProduction Oversight:

• Collaborate with the editing team to achieve the desired pacing rhythm and overall feel of the film.
• Provide input on sound design visual effects and color grading.

1. Budget Management:

• Manage the films budget effectively making strategic decisions to optimize resources.
• Ensure costeffective solutions without compromising the artistic integrity of the project.

1. Quality Control:

• Review and approve final edits to ensure they align with the creative vision and industry standards.
• Address feedback from producers and other stakeholders.

1. Team Leadership:

• Lead and inspire the production team fostering a collaborative and creative working environment.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

1. Bachelors degree in Film Cinematography or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Film Director with a portfolio showcasing successful film projects.
3. Extensive experience in film production with a focus on narrative storytelling.
4. Strong understanding of cinematography visual storytelling and film editing.
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
6. Proficiency in industrystandard filmmaking tools and software.
7. Ability to work under pressure and make creative decisions on tight deadlines.
8. Strong problemsolving skills and adaptability.
