We are looking for our new Head of Platforms!The Head of Platforms plays a crucial leadership role in driving the development and execution of the companys product strategy. Working closely with the CPO this position involves overseeing product management innovation and development efforts to ensure that the companys products and platforms align with business goals and market demands. The Head of Platforms leads and mentors a highperforming team of Product Owners and fosters a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement within the Product team.

Role responsibilities

• Lead develop and support a team of Product Owners as their manager
• Participate in the Product Management Team
• Collaborate with the CPO to define and execute the overall product strategy and development of the product roadmap
• Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to identify strategic opportunities for product enhancement and innovation
• Drive larger strategic projects that affects multiple platforms and/or multiple teams
• Oversee the endtoend product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and shape ways of working together with CPO and CTO
• Communicate product strategy development updates and performance metrics to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure that regulatory requirements are implemented and maintained

Must have experience

• A couple of years of experience in Product Management or alike
  • Strong understanding of the Product Management landscape and its variety of obstacles
• Experience in leadership either as a mentor/coach or manager
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Has a solid experience of different complex situations where analytical ability was key
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
• Experience of different forms of communication and proven ability to adapt communication depending on the receiver
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Working experience in working with agile development methodologies and their perks and shortcomings
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies

Nice to have:

• Experience from the fintech industry
• Knowledge of Jira/Asana/PowerBI
• Basic development experience
• UX competence
