Role and Responsibilities:
As an Operations Executive at Superscholar you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our daytoday operations. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Order Processing: Efficiently process and manage sales orders from initiation to fulfillment.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales team customers and other internal departments to ensure smooth information flow.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain salesrelated documents such as contracts quotations and proposals.
- Support Sales Team: Assist the sales team in organizing and coordinating sales activities including meetings presentations and events.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information on products services and order status.
- Data Management: Maintain and update customer and sales records in the CRM system.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to monitor and manage stock levels.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact sales order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team including preparing sales presentations and materials.
Candidate Qualifications:
To qualify for the position of Operations Executive you should meet the following requirements:
- Education: A bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in operations or a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external clients.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and order processing.
Required Skills:
The following skills would be beneficial for this role:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM software for data management and customer relations.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
