We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive for a Series A funded D2C Wellness Startup
Job Profile:
Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans to reduce timetohire
Gather job profile & requirements from functional team and draft job descriptions
Spearhead sourcing from agencies and online job posting
Conduct assessment test and give assignments to candidates as prehiring process
Orchestrate recruitment & selection processes (interviews screening calls etc.)
Work on Application Tracking System (ATS) for efficient team collaboration
Conduct background verification and check reports
Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
Lead employment branding initiatives
Requirement:
Experience 24 years in Talent Acquisition
Must have startup experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
