Team Lead

• Work closely with the team motivate and train them.
• Provide encouragement to team members including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.
• Assist management in hiring processes and new team member training.
• Answer team member questions helps with team member problems and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
• Communicate deadlines and sales goals to team members
• Keeping up to date with business development and new product lines
• Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
• Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
• Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance targetrelated objectives and deadlines
• Provides quality customer service including interacting with customers answering customer enquiries and effectively handling customer complaints
• Escalate any appropriate problems to senior management

• Team management experience
• Minimum of 1 year experience within a contact centre environment as a Team Leader
• Experience within customer services
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong coaching and peopledevelopment skills through call listening quality feedback etc.
• Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations
• Energetic and motivating individual
