HR Generalist

• Process payroll data and maintain accurate records
• Ensure compliance with local and federal laws and regulations related to payroll
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities including job postings screening resumes conducting interviews and preparing job offers
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures including performance management employee relations and compliance with laws and regulations
• Administer HR programs and initiatives such as training and development benefits administration and employee engagement activities
