Job overview :
FinnovationZ is a YouTube family with more than 2.3 million subscribers. We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to the visual identity of our brand. If you are passionate about design possess a keen eye for detail and can translate ideas into compelling visual content we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
1. Creative Design:
Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for various mediums including digital and print materials.
Develop and maintain a consistent visual brand identity across all platforms.
2. Targeted Audience Understanding:
Research and understand our target audience to create designs that resonate with their preferences and interests.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align design strategies with overall marketing goals.
3. Content Creation:
Generate engaging and effective visual content for social media website email campaigns and other marketing channels.
Design YouTube thumbnails social media posts and other promotional materials.
Create visually compelling and shareable content tailored for each platform.
4. Adaptability:
Stay updated on design trends and tools ensuring our designs remain fresh modern and aligned with industry standards.
Quickly adapt to feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.
5. Collaboration:
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and sales to ensure design aligns with company objectives.
Collaborate with content creators and video producers to design thumbnails and graphics for YouTube videos.
Collaborate with external vendors and agencies for specialised design needs.
Qualifications:
1. Experience:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work including YouTube thumbnails and social media posts.
2. Technical Skills:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
Experience with multimedia design and video editing tools is a plus.
Familiarity with tools for creating social media graphics and YouTube thumbnails.
3. Creativity and Innovation:
Strong creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
Ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas.
