We are seeking a highperforming Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to increase market share by identifying new opportunities in existing markets or developing new markets.
- They identify and contact potential clients to determine their needs and assess their interest in the company s products.
- Negotiating contracts and managing relationships with vendors suppliers partners and other external parties to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Analytical role in conducting research and performing analyses on the performance of the sales department ensuring prompt delivery and accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to senior management.
- Provide training and coaching to the team to improve their sales skills and close more deals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Set team targets and develops incentives rules and regulations to motivate the team to achieve their goals
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and developments to identify new sales opportunities.
- Develop Funnel Building Lead management process & Sale process automation
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven 35 years of experience in B2C sales in an EdTech Background
- Strong leadership skills decisionmaking and the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- BMS/BBA/MBA or other graduation in sales and marketing fields.
