Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design configure and implement ServiceNow SecOps modules based on industry best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand security requirements and implement effective solutions
• Develop and maintain incident response and management processes within the ServiceNow platform
• Monitor and manage security events and incidents ensuring timely response and resolution
• Create and maintain security automation scripts to streamline and optimize security operations
• Perform vulnerability and threat assessments and implement remediation actions
• Lead and support security initiatives including security assessments audits and compliance efforts
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on security tools and technologies within the ServiceNow ecosystem
• Conduct regular security health checks and implement continuous improvements to security processes
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate security processes and tools with other IT functions
• Stay updated on the latest security trends threats and best practices in the industry
• Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing
• Document and maintain comprehensive security process and procedure documentation
• Provide mentorship and training to junior members of the security team
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of security policies and standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Security Incident Response
• 7 years of experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules
• Strong understanding of IT security principles concepts and best practices
• Experience in incident response vulnerability management and security operations
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript PowerShell or Python
• Knowledge of security tools such as SIEM IDS/IPS antivirus and endpoint protection solutions
• Experience in security automation and orchestration using ServiceNow workflows and playbooks
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate security concepts effectively
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP CISM or CISA will be a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in working with crossfunctional geographically dispersed teams
• Understanding of ITIL processes and their application to security operations
