Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle.
• Design implement and maintain Javabased applications.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
• Write welldesigned efficient and testable code.
• Conduct software analysis programming testing and debugging.
• Troubleshoot debug and upgrade existing systems.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Develop and integrate new functionalities into existing systems.
• Ensure software meets all requirements of quality security modifiability extensibility etc.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies.
• Stay uptodate with new technologies and best practices.
• Document technical aspects of the software.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Collaborate with team members to establish objectives and design more functional cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
• Participate in system architecture and design decisions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Java Developer or relevant position.
• Strong understanding of objectoriented programming principles.
• Proficiency in Java with a good knowledge of its ecosystems.
• Experience with popular web application frameworks such as Spring.
• Familiarity with ORM (Object Relational Mapping) libraries such as Hibernate.
• Handson experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms.
• Knowledge of Relational Databases SQL and ORM technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• Ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly.
• Understanding of design patterns and solid principles.
• Knowledge of build tools such as Ant Maven or Gradle.
