Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to align with organizational processes
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with existing systems and ensure seamless data flow
• Develop and maintain CRM workflows to automate business processes
• Create and manage custom entities forms views and dashboards
• Configure and maintain security roles and privileges within Dynamics CRM
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics CRM users
• Proactively identify opportunities for CRM system improvements and enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze CRM requirements
• Train endusers on the effective use of Dynamics CRM features and functionalities
• Participate in CRM system testing and quality assurance
• Document CRM customizations configurations and processes
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM technologies and best practices
• Assist in the migration of data from legacy systems to Dynamics CRM
• Support in the implementation of CRMrelated projects and initiatives
• Manage CRM solution deployments and updates

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification
• Proven experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Proficiency in CRM integration with other systems and applications
• Handson experience in workflow automation within Dynamics CRM
• Strong understanding of CRM security models and data privacy regulations
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills related to Dynamics CRM
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with crossfunctional teams
• Experience in training endusers on Dynamics CRM usage and best practices
• Knowledge of data migration and system deployment processes within Dynamics CRM
• Capability to document CRM configurations and customizations
• Understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies
• Sound knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries
