Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies and recruitment plans aligned with business objectives.
• Managing endtoend recruitment processes including sourcing screening interviewing and selecting candidates.
• Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline through proactive search and networking.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance and support.
• Utilizing datadriven insights to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and make continuous improvements.
• Participating in negotiations and finalizing offers to secure top talent.
• Overseeing employer branding initiatives and enhancing the organizations reputation as an employer of choice.
• Managing relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies and job boards.
• Providing leadership and mentorship to the talent acquisition team.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Masters degree in HR Management Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment within the TV industry.
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing highperformance talent acquisition teams.
• Indepth knowledge of the TV industry and its unique talent requirements.
• Strong understanding of Mumbais talent market and industry trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Expertise in utilizing recruitment tools platforms and technologies.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive business results through talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in data analysis and using metrics to drive decisionmaking.
