Role and Responsibilities
Role
You shall be leading the Tech team managing the product platform Maximus. Lead engineering team to build and transform platform to achieve Digital Lending & offer customer a seamless digital borrowing experience. Build high performing team including hiring developing and retaining critical tech talent in the team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with senior business operations and product leaders to build both short term and long term delivery roadmap Drive engineering efficiency by setting up and driving adoption of required software development processes and tools
Define the team charter vision and technical architecture for the team
Monitor project triple constraints Time Cost & Scope to ensure completion of project deliverables
Own the overall architecture and operational aspects of the systems including availability and latency
Ability to drive projects efficiently in a crossfunctional environment by establishing respect and confidence in the business and technical communities.
Partner closely with product design and engineering to develop program milestones track progress and provide transparency to stakeholders
Manage IT project execution including project schedules track status and adjustments and ensure all milestones actions and deadlines are met on schedule
You will act as a mentor for lessexperienced peers through both your technical knowledge and leadership skills
Presence in the external tech community: you proactively share your expertise with others via speaking engagements contributions to open source blogs and more
Instill the culture of innovation in the team and motivate the team through recognition and other mechanisms
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree from an accredited four (4) year college or university
10 years of relevant IT transformation program management experience
Scrum Master / Agile experience is a plus
Familiar with Cloud Services Microservices Java Script Software Stack/Python Stack Databases UI/UX Application Servers Web Servers
Role Proficiencies
Digital / Technology Transformation program management experience for large scale cross functional multiyear programs in BFSI domain
People management and hiring technical depth and thought leadership
Excellent knowledge/experience in the application of Agile and lean approaches
Knowledge of software best practices like TestDriven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI)
Excellent communication and influence Roadmap and team charter definition
Strong analytical thinker who uses data in decision making and strategic development initiatives
As the Custody Technical Lead you will be taking charge of leading the team responsible for the development and delivery of applications for Custody and Capital Market domains. Your primary responsibilities will include managing a team designing application solutions and ensuring the successful delivery of applications. Additionally you will be involved in project management working closely with various technologies and implementing best practices related to DevOps CI/CD and release management. It is essential to possess strong technical expertise in Java or Microsoft Technologies as well as knowledge of Public Cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. Furthermore the ideal candidate should have experience with OpenShift Kubernetes Cloud Technologies and a good understanding of Network/Firewall/Load Balancer Concepts.
Candidate Qualifications
The successful candidate would ideally possess a Bachelor of Engineering or a Master of Science in IT/CS accompanied by a total of 12 years of experience in the field.
