A very wellknown nonprofit organization is seeking to hire an HR Business Partner. This role will be reporting directly to the HR Director. Need someone who has previous experience using ADP WFN (required). Some responsibilities will include conducting regular meetings with business units consulting with line management analyzing tends and metrics managing and resolving employee relation issues and onboarding and offboarding tasks. The ideal candidate has a Bachelors Degree with a concentration in Human Resources Management Business or a related field has a minimum of five years of proven working experience in Human Resources and has used ADP WFN.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders providing guidance and support on all HRrelated matters
Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract develop and retain top talent
Collaborate with leaders to create and execute affirmative action plans to ensure compliance with diversity and inclusion initiatives
Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data generate reports and analyze trends
Provide guidance and support on FMLA and other leave management processes
Communicate and interpret employment labor laws company policies and procedures to employees and managers
Conduct interviews and assist in the selection process for new hires
Collaborate with payroll providers such as Ceridian or ADP to ensure accurate processing of employee information
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
Strong knowledge of HR practices policies and procedures
Experience with data analysis skills to identify trends and make informed decisions
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proficiency in HRIS systems and other relevant software applications (ADP WFN)
Familiarity with employment labor laws and regulations
Looking for a mature person High school diploma is required. Ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must Knowledge of operating standard office equipment. ( ie. Fax, copy machine, etc.) Excellent communication skills written and verbal Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills Good research skills and attention to detail
