Working Student Product Management

Your mission

As a working student in the Product Management department you will take on a key position by providing essential support to 2nd level support in the processing of user tickets and system administration of the LetMeShip application.
Your main task will be to actively support the product team in continuous improvement while being involved in the development and maintenance of the product documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting the 2nd level support in the system administration of our product
• Processing of support tickets and coordination of user requests
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and crossfunctional teams to understand requirements and define product functionalities
• Collaborate with the Techinal Business Analyst on error analysis functional testing and definition of technical requirements.
• Ensure documentation of existing features and updates
• Ensure documentation of support related information such as access data and contacts
• Contributing to continuous quality improvement

What you need to succeed

• Experience in 2nd Level Support is a plus but not mandatory
• Interest in documentation
• Good technical understanding Enrolled student in a relevant field of study
• Proficiency in both German and English
• Strong organizational skills
• High reliability
• Analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
