E-commerce Executive in Beauty and Fashion Jewellry

Responsibilities:

Learn and implement branding marketing advertising and ecommerce strategies specific to the beauty and fashion jewellry industry.

Enter and update product information pricing and inventory data in ecommerce platforms with precision and attention to detail.

Verify and correct product discrepancies to maintain accuracy and enhance the customer shopping experience.

Ensure timely and accurate product data entry following established procedures and guidelines.

Collaborate with team members to address ecommerce platformrelated issues and optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion.

Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure consistency and quality of product information across all channels.

Maintain product data integrity and uphold brand standards to enhance customer trust and satisfaction.

Uphold confidentiality when handling sensitive product and customer information.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in ecommerce marketing or related field.
2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in product data entry and management.
3. Basic computer skills proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify WooCommerce Magento).
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
5. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and external partners.
7. Typing speed of at least 2530 words per minute with a focus on accuracy.
