We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at the Southshields Store.Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner ensuring they have a pleasant shopping experience. Offer extensive product knowledge and advice on a wide range of gaming consoles mobile phones DVDs and electronics. Demonstrate thorough understanding of store policies pricing and grading guidelines to accurately appraise and buy customer items. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently maintaining a high level of cash register accountability. Maintain visual merchandising standards ensuring shelves and displays are wellstocked organized and visually appealing. Contribute to the overall store cleanliness and tidiness by keeping the shop floor stockroom and staff areas wellmaintained.Requirements: Genuine interest and knowledge in technology gaming and entertainment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well within a team and independently. Basic math skills and cash handling experience. Flexibility to work weekdays weekends and occasional evenings.Previous retail sales experience is desirable but not essential.
