Finance Head needed in Bangalore.
(Salary range 25 - 28 lakhs pa)
Role -
Provide leadership and coordination of company financial planning, debt financing, and budget management functions and ensure
company accounting procedures and reporting conform to generally accepted accounting principles.
Experience and Requirement-
Qualified Chartered Accountant / Masters Degree in Finance (credible institution),
More than 10 years experience in Finance Controller role.
Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including GAAP and financial reporting.
Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
Knowledge of central and state government financial regulations.
Ability to analyse financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.

Team Management
Responsibilities -
Direct financial planning and budget management functions
Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance
Monitor and analyse monthly operating results against budget
Ensure compliance with local, state, and central budgetary reporting requirements
Oversee daily operations of the finance and accounting department
Manage the preparation of all financial reports and Financial forecasts
Financial Due diligence for new acquisitions

Coordinate financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
Represent the company externally to government agencies and auditors.
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department staff

Salary Range is - 25 lpa to 30 lpa
Local candidates needed.
Preference to those whose who can start at the earliest. The candidate should join max by 1st week of April23
