Interview Location: Doha Qatar Nurses have opportunity to pick up additional shifts, as Overtime. Patient Care: Assessing patients' medical conditions, recording their medical history, and conducting physical examinations. Developing and implementing individualized care plans for patients including administering medications, treatments, and interventions. Monitoring patients' vital signs and health status, identifying any changes or deterioration, and taking appropriate action. Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, medications, and any interventions performed. Recording observations, assessments, and care provided during shifts. Collaboration: Collaborating with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. Participating in interdisciplinary rounds and team meetings to discuss patient progress and care plans.
