This is a remote position.

• Set-up the processes, procedures, and best practices for the delivery of support operations for the company s B2B clients
  
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company s B2B Support team (3 as of now)
  
• Carry out tasks same as that of the Support Team (when able)
  
• Function as the initial point-of-escalation for the Support Team, and for support issues of company partners/clients
  
• Undertake activities to continuously improve the delivery of the team s support services to company s clients/partners
  
• New hire onboarding and training
  

Requirements

• Must have 1-3 years for a Lead post
  
• Must have 5+ years in a Support role
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Must be internet, and tech savvy
  
• Experience in the online gaming industry
  
• Graduate from an IT course
  
• Proficient in using MS Office
  
• Familiar with the use of JIRA, or other client management systems
  
• Familiar with back office applications
  
• Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
  
• Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
  
• Must be able to work from 12NN to 9PM
  
• Must be amenable to reporting to our Makati office as required
