ABOUT THE JOB
Main responsibilities:
Job Overview: You will be responsible for product training/client technical discussion in the region; Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of answers to aftersales questions; Record and feedback on new product requirements to HQ technical support engineers and assist in communication. Also expected to be responsible for training and technical supportrelated responsibilities in your region including training on newly released products on the market product promotion and introduction.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Adhering to KPls inspection regulations promptly responding to customer messages ensuring timely onsite arrival and resolving issues promptly.
Overseeing aftersales activities conducting thorough cause investigations and problemsolving maintaining records of major issues tracking them and providing effective solutions.
Conducting inspections for EPC projects and performing onsite inspections upon goods arrival.
Collaborating with the warehouse keeper to manage RMA records track returned machines maintain maintenance records and ensure the smooth delivery of quality products.
Addressing guiding and offering solutions to customer problems and supporting fellow aftersales staff in resolving issues while actively collecting customer feedback.
Managing the storage of tools and office supplies including telephones and computers and implementing the 5S management principles.
Ensuring the systematic collection documentation and reporting of daily work information and adhering to the rules and regulations of the service job.
Executing any additional tasks assigned by the headquarters.
Requirements
Profile Requirements
Fluency in Thai and English is a must; Chinese is a plus.
Bachelors degree or above in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or any relevant Engineering discipline is preferred.
At least 3 years of PV new energy maintenance experience; Experience in the Inverter industry would be advantageous.
Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
Good analytical reporting and presentation skills; Problemsolving timemanagement and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in computer diagnosis office software CRM systems electrical foundation and various electricalrelated testing tools and equipment.
