Field Sales Executive

By joining us you will engage a global network of market leading nonprofits, social impact organizations, and software partners to shape technology’s role in solving humanity’s most pressing challenges. You’ll do it with a world-class team based in the Eastern US and Puerto Rico and with our trusted partners at Microsoft Tech for Social Impact.

What you’ll do:

• Engage with partners and customers to develop extensions and enhancements to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Common Data Model
• Define, create and own data dictionary, data integration design use cases and mapping guides
• Design and develop data integrations across multiple platforms
• Define and execute data migrations from different source systems to Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365
• Support our customers in improving data quality and efficiency
• Document and engage with partners and customers to ensure adoption and compliance with best practices
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and develop reports to support clients’ operations
• Be the industry expert on nonprofit program and impact data modeling

What you’ll need:

• Proven work experience as a Data Engineer, Data Architect or similar role
• In-depth understanding of database structures and principles
• Experience gathering and analyzing system requirements
• Experience developing data integrations through API's and ETL processes
• Experience designing and developing reports using SSRS, Power BI or similar tools
• Experience with SQL, C#, JavaScript and jQuery
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Proven analytical skills
• Problem-solving attitude
• Passion for enabling others to do more good
• Love working in distributed teams
• Be based in the United States or Puerto Rico
• Have first-hand understanding of or experience working in the nonprofit and/or social impact sector
