Looking out enthusiastic and dynamic Business Development Managers to drive growth and identifying new opportunities nurturing client relationships and implementing strategies for increased customer base revenue and market presence. Working experience with Architects will be highly preferable.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Manage Mapped Architect & Developer accounts.
- Secure BOQs from Key accounts.
- Generate Leads from Mapped Key accounts.
- Maintain contact with mapped Developers Architects & boutique builders.
- Create and update a database of current projects/prospective and current clients.
- Product Presentation to Key accounts.
- Conduct Key account meets.
- Prepare Quotations on Window Maker software after initial surveys.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team for closure.
- Obtain Key account testimonials.
- Handle Customer Complaints.
- Prepare a daily visit report.
- Ensure Sales Conversion achievement.
- Excellent communication leadership problemsolving clientcentric approach and team collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in sales market analysis financial management client relationship management contract negotiation market expansion strategies and market research
