Position:Onboarding Analyst / Account Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect and Review Merchants onboarding documentation
- Resolve screening results from world check website crawling ID matching and other screening platforms
- Review AML Risk and onboarding flags and be able to resolve and/or take decision
- Communicate with clients for the onboarding and review purposes using guides
- Lead calls with leads and present findings to the relevant operation team
- Perform reporting on a regular and ad hoc basis
- Review risk and AML scoring and assign relevant category to clients
- Work closely with the AML Risk Sales Compliance Legal Finance and RnD departments
- Identify improvements in the systems used and report them to the Product team
- Follow existing procedures and suggest improvements based on clients feedback
- Fill ISR reports where relevant
- Perform partners due diligence and onboarding/renewal tasks
- Keep clients records up to date
- Maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Perform adhoc tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of experience in corporate clients onboarding is a must
- AML Certificate will be considered an advantage
- Experience in the payments industry will be considered a strong advantage
- Team player
- English at a fluent or native level
- Exceptional listening communication interpersonal and presentation skills
