We have offices in Lisbon Porto bidos Brussels Madrid Barcelona and Trieste (Italy) and we are looking for 1 (one) Cloud Engineer Junior to work with us in Madrid.

Key Responsibilities:

Designing and deploying modular cloudbased systems.

Identifying analyzing and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.

Regularly reviewing existing systems and making recommendations for improvements.

Interacting with clients providing cloud support and making recommendations based on client needs.

Review and maintaining cloud deployments in accordance with best practices.

Ensuring all cloud deployments are following the company security policies and best practices in cloud security.

Understand the permanent customers needs and suggest the best solutions and technological options available in cloud environments (AWS Azure or Google).

Architect and plan migrations to the cloud environments (AWS Azure or Google).

Continuous advice and support customers in application modernization processes.

Critical Components:

Strong Knowledge in Linux and Windows.

Strong Knowledge of virtual networks and general network management in cloud environments (AWS Azure or Google).

Good Knowledge of tools and services to make the monitorization and control of the resources as a SysOps approach.

Familiar with containerization tools and understand Docker and Kubernetes in cloud environments.

Good database knowledge MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.

Programming skills along with knowledge of programming languages such as Java and Python.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related fields.

Work Experience: Between 6 months to 1 year of professional experience as an IT Engineer/ Cloud Engineer.

Certification: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (should have).

Language Skills:

Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).

Knowledge in Portuguese Italian French and/or Dutch is a plus.
