Property & Casualty Insurance Agent

Mike Johnson s Hickory Toyota and Toyota Insurance Management Services have partnered to sell and service innovative auto insurance products to consumers with a specific focus telematics enabled, usage-based insurance.

What will you do as an agent?

• Engage customers at key touch points during their visit at the dealership
  
• Quote and sell ALL Property & Casualty lines of insurance while exceeding the needs of the customer and providing exceptional customer service
  

• Provide quotes to customers based on available risk information and customer needs
  
• Use your industry knowledge to build value in products tailored to your customer needs, while advising prospects and policyholders on coverages and features and benefits of the policy
  
• Continue to service policy holders, expand our relationship and services leading to policy renewals
  
• Support the full services of Mike Johnson s Hickory Toyota in sales, service and collision repair
  

Requirements

What we are looking for in a candidate:

• Insurance sales experience 5 years preferred; 2 years required
  
• Must hold an active Property & Casualty License
  
• Strong interpersonal skills
  
• Self-starter that works well independently and as part of a larger sales team
  
• High Level organizational skills with the ability to multitask
