Soybeans Refinery Solvent Extraction Plant Operator

• Operate and control machinery in the soybeans refinery and solvent extraction plant to extract oils and process soybased products.
  
• Monitor and adjust process parameters to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
  
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and perform preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
  
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines including the handling of hazardous materials and the use of personal protective equipment.
  
• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that products meet industry standards and specifications.
  
• Record and report production data including output downtime and any deviations from standard procedures.
  

Requirements

• Technical or vocational education in a related field.
  
• National Diploma or equivalent.
  
• Previous experience in operating machinery in a food processing or oil extraction plant.
  
• Knowledge of solvent extraction processes and equipment.
  
• Understanding of safety procedures in an industrial setting.
  
• Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
