Tasks

• Take the lead on our technical projects: develop project scopes and objectives by involving relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
• Ensure ontime inscope and withinbudget project deliveries.
• Establish and maintain effective communication among stakeholders daily responsible parties and adherence to project plans.
• Prepare update and present regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans to track progress.
• Lead and motivate our diverse team of project engineers and other internal contributors (in the project structure not as direct reports).
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Drive the the further development of our project management framework and help build up our internal capabilities in the field.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the solar energy industry.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and photovoltaic technology preferred.
• Successful leadership of diverse teams achieving strategic goals within projects.
• Strong communication: reporting results devising plans aligning stakeholders.
• Preference for PMP or PrinceII certification; expert in project methodologies.
• Experience in ERP project management and timely project execution.
• Familiarity with RACI matrix structures advantageous.
• Proficient in written and spoken English your language proficiency .
